How We Work
Once you have contacted us, we will try to arrange an appointment to see you and your property immediately. If we cannot do this, we will contact you within one hour to arrange an appointment. If you are contacting us on behalf of a customer (ie, you are an insurance company), we will again ensure we contact the customer directly within one hour.
Our aim is to view the property within 48 hours of instruction with appointments arranged with the customer in mind in order that a smooth and efficient service is provided. Our inspectors carry proof of identification to put our customers at ease.
